The 2025 Westercon Business Meeting will be held during Westercon 77 (BayCon 2025) at the Marriott Hotel in Santa Clara, California. The Chair is Martin Pyne, and the Secretary is Linda Deneroff. The Business Meeting will be on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at a time and location to be announced by BayCon. All members of BayCon may attend and participate in the Business Meeting. Any member of BayCon 2025 is also a member of Westercon 77. The meeting will be held under the provisions of the Westercon Bylaws, which also includes the one piece of business Passed on from Westercon 76 in Salt Lake City that is pending ratification. The results of the 2027 Westercon Site Selection will be announced at the start of the Business Meeting, and any issues arising out of Site Selection will be dealt with at that time.

The Westercon Business Meeting will be recorded and the ecording will be posted to YouTube sometime after the meeting. We will post an announcement on the Westercon website when the recording is available.
