Westercon 76 announced on their hotel/venue web page on April 27, 2024 that reservations are now open at their hotel, the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Salt Lake City International Airport. Hotel rooms are $155/night plus 13.8% tax flat rate for single through quad occupancy. Each room includes one complimentary parking space in their open-air parking lot with no height limitations.

To obtain the convention’s $155/night rate, use the convention’s hotel reservation link. If the link does not work, go to the Hilton.com booking reservation site, enter Salt Lake City International Airport, Salt Lake City, Utah, US in the Where To field, enter the nights you want to stay and the number of people in your room, then click on the Special Rates button and enter Group Code WET, then click Find a Hotel and select the Doubletree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport (you should see the $155 Westercon 2024 rate), then click “View Rates.”

For those members flying in to SLC International Airport, the hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle.

According to the Westercon 76 website, if your plans include arriving extra days early or staying extra days later post-convention, and the website does not return the $155 convention rate, call the hotel at 801-539-1515 to ask if you can get rooms at the convention rate outside of the main days of the convention.
