The Westercon Bylaws & Business page has been updated with the minutes of the 2023 Westercon Business Meeting held at Westercon 75/Loscon 49 in Los Angeles, links to the video of the Business Meeting and the Committee of the Whole on Site Selection, and the updated Bylaws for use at the 2024 Westercon (Westercon 76).

There were no changes to the Westercon Bylaws ratified at Westercon 75. The meeting gave first passage to five amendments to the Bylaws that must be ratified by the Westercon 76 Business Meeting. These pending amendment are in the Draft Agenda for the Westercon 76 Business Meeting included at the end of the Bylaws document.
