Tom Smith Announced as Filk Guest of 2019 Westercon

Westercon 72 in Layton, Utah (combined with the 2019 NASFiC and 1632 Minicon under the name “SpikeCon”) has announced that Tom Smith will be a Filk Guest of the 2019 Westercon. Smith’s appearance at Westercon 72 is partially sponsored by a grant from Phoenix Filk Circle.
