Westercon 68 announces that it will have new rates starting February 1, 2014.

The new rates will be:

• $15.00 for Supporting memberships
• $55.00 for Attending memberships
• $40.00 to upgrade a supporting membership to attending membership.

These new rates are guaranteed through July 6, 2014.
