The Westercon 66 Business Meeting was held on July 6, 2013. The only substantive business was the formal announcement of the results of the selection of the 2015 Westercon. There were no bylaws amendments passed on from last year, nor any proposed this year. The video is below:

San Diego, the only bid on the ballot for the 2015 Westercon, received 92 of the 105 votes with preference. (There were also 5 votes for No Preference, which count as abstentions and are not used in determining a majority.)
