Dear fabulous San Diego in 2015 (Westercon 68 bid) supporters:

We’re busy preparing for Westercon 66 — less than three weeks away — and we hope to see many of you there!

At Sacramento, be sure to swing by our fan table, drop into our party on Thursday night, or catch any of the bid committee throughout the rest of the convention. If you’d like to help out with the table or party, please email info@sandiegoin2015.org.

We’re organizing carpools from San Diego to Sacramento and we’d love to have you join in, either as a driver or a passenger. Some groups will depart San Diego on Wednesday 7/3, some on Thursday morning. Email info@sandiegoin2015.org and we’ll fill you in.

Finally, we urge our supporters and all Westercon 66 members to participate in the voting/site-selection process ( http://www.westercon66.org/westercon-business/site-selection-and-bidding/ ). The $10.00 voting fee, lowest in years, guarantees you a supporting membership in Westercon 68 regardless of winner, and by voting you’ll participate in a 66-year tradition!

Can’t make it to Sacramento to vote in person?  The vote-by-mail deadline has passed, but you may also transfer your sealed ballot to anyone on our bid committee and we’ll hand-carry it to the voting station. (Yes, this is legal! Send us an email if you’re interested).
